Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The role requires hands-on expertise across multiple digital channels and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
- Identify target audiences and optimize marketing funnels
2. Performance Marketing
- Manage paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor budgets, ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization
3. SEO & Website Management
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO
- Improve website ranking, traffic, and user experience
- Work with developers/designers to optimize landing pages
4. Social Media Marketing
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Grow engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Monitor trends and competitor activity
5. Content Marketing
- Collaborate on blogs, creatives, videos, and ad copies
- Ensure consistent brand messaging
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console
- Generate monthly reports and actionable insights
7. Team & Vendor Management
- Manage in-house team or coordinate with agencies/freelancers
- Work with designers, content creators, and developers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years of digital marketing experience (Pune market preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Pay: ₹14,384.45 - ₹58,546.91 per month
