We are seeking a dedicated and professional Telecaller to support our sales team by generating and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided databases and marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound inquiries from various sources including website, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Provide accurate information about project details, pricing, location advantages, amenities, and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on eligibility and interest.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and support the sales conversion process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication standards at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or real estate sales preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
