Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive equipment sales and develop business opportunities across Odisha. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in the construction, mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell construction equipment and related solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.
- Coordinate with service, spare parts, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and submit periodic sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- MBA (Marketing) candidates may also apply.
Experience & Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, automobiles, mining equipment, industrial products, or capital goods.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
