Requirements:
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Good communication & proposal writing skills
- Knowledge of lead generation and client handling
- Basic understanding of IT services
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through bidding platforms
- Submit proposals and communicate with clients
- Coordinate with technical teams for project requirements
- Convert leads into business opportunities
