Business Analyst (0-3 years experience)

We are seeking a high-performance Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, assist in projects execution from start to finish, and support leadership with reports and insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams.

Gathering project details, understanding business needs, and translating them into actionable tasks.

Create project schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.

Assign and monitor tasks across design, development, and marketing teams.

Conduct quality checks before client submission.

Identify risks and resolve issues proactively.

Provide progress updates, reports, and ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare weekly/monthly business reports (project health, revenue, utilization, KPIs).

Build presentations, demos, and insights decks for leadership and clients.

Analyze data, share insights, and propose plans for business progress.

Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.

Participate in client discovery and pre-sales calls alongside leadership.

Prepare presentations, case studies, proposals, and pitch decks.

Coordinate with the tech team to scope out solutions and draft estimates.

Build strong relationships with prospects and help convert them into clients.

Equip yourself with the latest development trends in the web and mobile apps field.
Requirements & Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management.

Background in web development, UI/UX, or digital marketing.

Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Basecamp, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, JIRA, or similar.

Business Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides for reports and presentations.

Exposure to the software development process, coding experience will be a bonus.

Proposal writing and contract drafting experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; strong client-facing presence.
