Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Site Supervisor with Diploma in Civil Engineering to oversee construction activities on-site, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidate should be located in and around Pala, Thodupuzha or Kottayam.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials
- Resolve on-site issues and handle unexpected challenges efficiently
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
