Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries received through IndiaMART and other sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, preparing quotations, coordinating internally for material requirements, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer-handling ability, and basic technical understanding of automation products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and other online platforms
- Contact prospective customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals with clients
- Follow up regularly with customers for order closure
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding material availability and pricing
- Maintain proper inquiry and customer follow-up records
- Attend customer calls professionally and resolve basic queries
- Provide after-sales coordination whenever required
