We are seeking a driven, design-focused Junior Architect to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on, end-to-end experience across a diverse portfolio, including high-end luxury villas, modern residential apartments, large-scale layouts, and commercial/Tenant Improvement (TI) spaces.
You won’t just be sitting behind a screen drafting details; you will actively participate in site visits, client interactions, and the actual execution of sustainable, functional designs. If you are eager to learn how a project transitions from a conceptual sketch to a physical structure, this role is built for your growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize conceptual designs.
- Layout Planning: Assist in preparing master plans and spatial layouts for multi-acre residential developments, incorporating local building bye-laws and zoning regulations.
- Material Sourcing & Research: Research innovative and traditional building materials (such as interlocking blocks, natural stone cladding, and sustainable finishes).
- Site Coordination: Visit project sites to assist with measuring, verifying ongoing construction against approved drawings, and understanding real-world structural execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure design continuity and timeline adherence.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Software Proficiency: Strong fundamental skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar drafting and 3D modeling tools. Experience with rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray) is a major plus.
- Design Sensibility: A keen eye for detail, spatial flow, and an appreciation for balancing modern aesthetics with functional engineering. An understanding of traditional spatial principles (like Vastu Shastra) is highly valued.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive individual who is excited about learning both the design side and the commercial/construction side of development.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors.
What We Offer
- Diverse Portfolio Exposure: Direct involvement in multiple sectors (Luxury Residential, Commercial, TI, and Large Layouts) rather than being pigeonholed into a single typology.
- Career Trajectory: A clear path to transition into an independent Project Architect or Design Lead as your skills evolve.
