Job Summary
We are looking for a IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment, and the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand IT job requirements from hiring managers.
- Search and source candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews or phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Communicate job details and follow up with candidates.
- Support the recruitment team with hiring activities.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use job portals and social media for recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Application/Computer Science.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- 15 days of training will be provided.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month (Plus incentives)
