Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Intern to support our client outreach and follow-up process. The role requires reaching out to potential clients via calls and emails, nurturing conversations through timely follow-ups, and coordinating with our internal team to help convert leads into onboarded clients.
The ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, and comfortable speaking with prospects. Strong communication skills, consistency, and ownership of the outreach process are essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls and emails
- Follow up with potential clients in a timely and professional manner
- Share lead updates with the team and coordinate on next actions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up status
- Support the team in driving lead conversion and client onboarding
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Structure
- Fixed stipend: ₹10,000
- Performance-based commission for clients sourced by the intern and successfully onboarded
