Job Description – Junior Architect / Junior Designer Job Title: Junior Architect / Junior Designer Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect / Junior Designer with a strong interest in residential design and visualization. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and professionals with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, proficiency in architectural software, and the ability to contribute effectively to design development and project execution. Key Responsibilities Assist senior architects in project planning and development. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentation materials. Support design development, detailing, and documentation. Create 3D models, renderings, and visualization outputs. Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure project alignment. Assist in project handling, drawing coordination, and design presentations. Develop high-quality visual presentations for client discussions. Qualifications & Requirements Option 1: Fresher Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Strong design aptitude and creativity. Knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualization tools preferred. Good rendering and AI-assisted visualization skills will be an advantage. Option 2: Experienced Junior Architect 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design. Experience in residential projects preferred. Ability to assist in project management and drawing coordination. Strong understanding of SketchUp and rendering workflows. Preferred Skills Strong proficiency in SketchUp. Good 3D rendering capabilities. Knowledge of AI-assisted rendering and visualization workflows. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to create quick, high-quality presentation visuals. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Salary Range Freshers: Up to ₹15,000 per month 2–3 Years Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Salary may vary depending on skills, experience, and portfolio quality.
