Roles & Responsibilities:
- Explain Solforge Academy programs to students and working professionals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Maintain lead records and regularly update CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to handle enquiries via Calls, WhatsApp, and Emails.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling calls and professional conversations.
- Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or sales will be an added advantage
