Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary
A Site Engineer is responsible for managing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and documentation.
- Manage material requirements and coordinate deliveries.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project records.
- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects (varies by role level).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
