Role Overview
MakersHub is looking for a driven professional to lead franchise acquisition and partner onboarding.
The role focuses on identifying potential franchise partners, managing the sales pipeline, closing franchise deals, and supporting smooth onboarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and qualify potential franchise partners across target regions
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and meetings with prospects
- Explain MakersHub’s franchise model, offerings, and value proposition clearly
- Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition lifecycle from lead to closure
Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads
- Maintain structured lead records and follow-up schedules
- Ensure consistent communication and timely conversions
Partner Onboarding Support
- Coordinate documentation, agreements, and onboarding formalities
- Act as the primary point of contact during the initial setup phase
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise launch
Market & Relationship Building
- Track competitor franchise models and market trends
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners
- Represent MakersHub in meetings, discussions, and outreach initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in franchise acquisition / business development / channel sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain business models clearly to non-technical audiences
- Result-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working with targets, pipelines, and closures
Preferred Background
- Experience in education, EdTech, training centers, or retail franchises
- Prior exposure to franchise agreements or partner onboarding

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
