Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, client conversion, customer relationship management, product knowledge, and team coordination. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sales activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct telecalling activities to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide detailed product information and address customer queries effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on business progress.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Required Skills :
- Experience in Telecalling and Lead Generation.
- Strong Client Conversion and Sales Closing skills.
- Good Product Knowledge and Presentation abilities.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Strong Team Coordination and Relationship Management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Relevant sales coordination or customer support experience preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 10 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a related field.
