Role description
Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced Micro Frontend (MFE) Developers to support ongoing provider workstream initiatives. The role involves building and integrating scalable micro frontend solutions on top of existing .NET-based applications, with immediate focus on API development and frontend modularization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Micro Frontend (MFE) components using JavaScript-based frameworks
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs within .NET applications
- Work on modular UI architecture for scalable and independent deployments
- Support and enhance existing applications built on .NET stack
- Quickly ramp up and contribute to ongoing API development initiatives
- Participate as part of the UST technical representation for MFE workstream
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and frontend fundamentals
- Experience in Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and implementation
- Familiarity with REST API integration and backend interaction
- Hands-on experience supporting or working with .NET-based applications
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Razor (ASP.NET MVC) - training can be provided if required
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular preferred)
Expectations:
- Ability to start contributing immediately, especially in API-related tasks
- Strong ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Effective collaboration with distributed onshore/offshore teams
