Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The role involves communicating with potential or existing customers, promoting products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively
- Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and feedback
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when needed
Qualification: Any UG / PG Degree
Language: Tamil, English, Malayalam, Hindi, Kanadam ,Telugu
