Job Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and utilities by performing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Inspect machines regularly and identify potential issues before failures occur.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and upkeep of machinery.
- Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and relocation activities.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Support utility maintenance activities such as air compressors, panels, and power systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
