About the Role
Gravton Motors is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Service Advisor to join our growing service team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an interest in the automotive or EV industry, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Create and maintain accurate job cards and service records.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Explain service recommendations, estimates, and timelines to customers.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and vehicle delivery schedules.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service support.
- Maintain proper documentation and update service management systems.
- Support the service team in achieving operational and customer satisfaction goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma, Graduate, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or related disciplines.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, automotive service, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Customer-centric attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
