Key Responsibilities
Trend Research & Content Strategy
- Track trending topics, formats, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook relevant to managed office, real estate, workplace culture, and F&B (for sub-brands like Red Café)
- Translate trends into timely, on-brand content ideas across all Redbrick sub-companies Snow White & Redbrick Events
Content Creation
- Design posters and static posts using Canva and AI tools (image/video generation, copywriting assistants)
- Script, shoot, and edit short-form reels for Instagram and Facebook
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all sub-brand handles while allowing each its own personality
Multi-Channel Social Media Management
- Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook across multiple Redbrick entities
- Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs optimized for reach and engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and refine strategy based on what's working
Event Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for events already booked at specific centres (screenings, launches, corporate events, community meetups)
- Liaise with centre teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth on-ground execution
- Capture event content in real time for same-day/next-day social posting
Revenue & Growth Mindset
- Identify new event formats, partnerships, or activations that can generate ancillary revenue (e.g., sponsored screenings, brand collaborations, ticketed community events)
- Pitch creative marketing angles that support business development and lead generation for centre occupancy and Red Café sales
- Build relationships with local influencers, brands, or media for co-marketing opportunities
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or event marketing (real estate, hospitality, F&B, or coworking industry preferred)
- Hands-on proficiency with Canva; working knowledge of AI content tools (image generation, video editing assistants, copywriting tools)
- Basic video shooting/editing skills for reels (phone-shot content is fine)
- Strong written communication — able to adapt tone across professional (LinkedIn) and casual (Instagram/Facebook) platforms
- Comfortable managing multiple brand handles and calendars simultaneously
