Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production activities, managing workers, ensuring production targets are achieved, and maintaining quality and safety standards in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production operations in the plant.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved as per planning.
Monitor machine operations and manpower utilization.
Maintain product quality standards and follow quality control procedures.
Ensure safety rules, PPE usage, and company policies are followed by workers.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports and shift reports.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments for smooth production.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and guide operators and workers for efficient work performance.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift management of workers.

Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Any relevant technical qualification in manufacturing.
Experience
2–3 years experience in manufacturing or production department.
Experience in plant or factory production supervision preferred.
Ready To Work 12 Hours.
