Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent and dedicated Secretary to support the General Manager in managing daily administrative operations. The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters efficiently in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings
- Draft letters, reports, and official communications
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate internal meetings and prepare minutes
- Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
