Corporate Event, (MICE) & Exhibition Industry Experience is a must.
You will develop and oversee key client accounts, support business development initiatives, ensure seamless project execution, and manage internal and external communications. A strong understanding of the event management industry and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and timelines are essential.
Business Development & Market Analysis
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and clients from various industries.
- Actively generate, qualify, and pursue leads across sectors to expand the client base.
- Support outreach activities, including presentations and follow-ups with potential clients.
Client Account Management
- Manage assigned client portfolios and maintain high service standards with minimal escalations.
- Conduct fortnightly review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and align on upcoming deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and client information for accurate account tracking.
Internal Coordination & Project Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, operations, production) to ensure flawless execution of client briefs.
- Assist reporting managers in preparing proposals, minutes of meetings, pitch presentations and element sheet.
- Translate client briefs into a concept-based idea that connects well with audience.
Project Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including SOPs, invoices, timelines, and trackers.
- Follow up on payments and ensure all financial documentation is up to date and audit-ready.
- Compile case studies and insights for internal use and client presentations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business development, preferably in the event management industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and ensuring project delivery
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Corporate Events, Exhibitions, Expo Management
- Marketing Industry Knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously
