Profile: Purchase Executive-Solar Recycling-Surat-4.8 LPA
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Prior experience in the Solar industry is mandatory.
- Experience in sourcing Solar PV modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS components, or related electrical products is preferred.
Salary Range: 30k to 40k
Roles:
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for solar projects.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors for solar components and materials.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and accounts teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Track order status, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, vendor agreements, and documentation.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve supply-related issues and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and project requirements.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in Procurement/Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
