Job Summary
Mosons EZY is looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse In-Charge to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, product dispatch, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth warehouse operations while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and warehouse reports.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely transportation and delivery schedules.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Address and resolve staff issues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Organize warehouse storage to maximize space utilization and improve accessibility.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Collect daily cash from delivery drivers and deposit the same into the company's bank account.
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Supervise packing activities to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 6month–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and inventory software is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Salary: ₹21,000 CTC per month
- Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
