ob Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation & Telesales Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls and generating relevant data through online research. The candidate will support the sales and marketing team by providing verified leads and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Conduct online research to collect accurate data of potential clients, companies, distributors, etc.
- Search and gather contact details (phone numbers, email IDs, addresses) from various online platforms.
- Maintain and update data in Excel sheets .
- Verify and validate collected data before sharing with the sales team.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of calling and data research activities.
- Achieve assigned targets for lead generation and calling.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
Qualification-Graduation
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
