We are looking for an experienced ZEISS CMM Programmer/Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating ZEISS CMM equipment to inspect precision machined parts and ensure they meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Program and operate ZEISS CMM using CALYPSO software.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Generate inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Work with the production and quality teams to resolve inspection issues.
Qualifications
- Experience programming ZEISS CMMs with CALYPSO.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
- Experience inspecting precision machined components.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: Based on experience.
