Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day healthcare operations.
- Oversee Pharmacy operations including stock management, coordination, compliance, and smooth workflow.
- Handle OPD operations and ensure proper patient flow management.
- Coordinate with all departments for smooth operational activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, duty allocation, and performance.
- Ensure proper coordination between doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, front office, and administration teams.
- Maintain operational reports and daily activity records.
- Handle vendor coordination and operational requirements.
- Ensure implementation of healthcare policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and administration
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy and OPD workflow
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
