Professional Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Performance Testing and Software Testing.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in analyzing application performance bottlenecks and providing recommendations for optimization.
- Experience in monitoring application, server, and database performance during testing.
- Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and client-server architecture.
- Experience in preparing test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and performance test reports.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and under tight project deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop performance test scripts using JMeter or equivalent tools.
- Execute Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume Testing.
- Analyze application response times, throughput, resource utilization, and system behavior under load.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Prepare and maintain performance testing documentation and reports.
- Monitor application, database, and server performance during test execution.
- Validate system scalability, stability, and reliability under varying workloads.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning activities.
- Provide performance testing estimates and support release readiness activities.
- Present performance testing results and recommendations to stakeholders.
