Role Summary:
We are hiring a Tele-Sales Executive to drive outreach across our mutual fund, RIA, and demat services. The tele-sales executive will generate leads, nurture prospects, and set appointments for advisory and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for mutual fund, RIA, and demat offerings.
- Qualify leads, maintain a pipeline, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects, answer initial queries, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for in-person meetings and deeper consultations.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Gather feedback from prospects to help refine sales approaches
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of tele-sales or outbound calling experience in a bank, financial services company, or related sector.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
