Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Prem solutions.
- Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and customize web parts, extensions, workflows, and forms.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Migrate content from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
- Implement security, permissions, and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2016/2019.
- Proficiency in SPFx, REST APIs, PnP JS, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with Office 365 services and integrations.
- Good understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and governance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good to Have
- Microsoft SharePoint / Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
- Prior experience working on contract or remote projects.
