This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects under a large Digital portfolio on time and within budget with a focus on project's resources, schedules, and risks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of all Onboarding requirements for Distribution and New Partners.
Gather and prioritize all Distribution requirements for the year
Prepare annual strategy, size the requirements and execute for Distribution Onboarding.
Design smart, scalable and cost effective solutions for converting business asks in tech functionalities
Contribute towards revenue growth by building future ready capabilities for onboarding new banks and brokers faster than the industry
Manage the Digital Onboarding ecosystem of applications through excellent project management.
Address the obstacles in the project plans and ensures smooth and efficient sprint execution.
Identify potential risks and dependencies in Onboarding releases for Distribution and work to mitigate them. Responsible for managing any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
Track the available budgets vs. spends and communicate variances if any. Prepare a plan to manage spends within availability.
Effective partner management with a suite of business partners, including selection of right skill sets, engagement and motivation for them, and periodic performance review and consequent actions
Manage releases on time with the least possible defect ratio
Acts as a Product Owner for few of the critical requirements, by ensuring completeness of delivery of product features are as per the requirement
Manage and update project status on various project management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, PPM PRO etc through the delivery team
Connect with Bank partners to understand both business and compliance requirements and agree on the correct prioritization.
Manage a pool of FTEs involving POs, BSAs and Engineering managers. Recruit right skills sets, engage and train them, and ensure the best career management and performance for a team of 4-5 resources.

Preparation and alignment on annual strategy for Distribution Onboarding in Q4
Right sizing and prioritization of deliveries every quarter
Increase the throughput and efficiency of5 agile tracks by 20% every year
90% + execution of IT Projects on time and within budget
100% resource utilization
Minimize system downtime and Sev1/2 issues
Compliance to governance dashboards consisting team performance, velocity, burn down, planned vs. actuals development effort, defect density, adherence to agile processes after every release
Key competencies/skills required
12-15 years of experience including the following areas: Digital technology, Agile management, Digital Product management
Experience in product management, program management, technology-dependent environment. Experience in financial services digital ecosystems required.
Should have worked on Agile Methodologies with exposure to tools like Jira etc. Experience in Story writing techniques
Should have strategic bent of mind
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent project management skills
Exposure of Life Insurance domain would be an advantage
