Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day service operations, coordinating field technicians, ensuring timely service delivery, maintaining customer communication, and supporting the company's operational growth. This role serves as the central link between customers, technicians, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities :
Service Coordination
- Schedule and assign service calls to technicians.
- Monitor technician attendance and daily job completion.
- Ensure timely dispatch and closure of service requests.
- Track pending jobs and follow up for completion.
Customer Support
- Receive and manage customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide service updates and appointment confirmations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain service records, quotations, invoices, and job reports.
- Update CRM, Google Sheets, or operational software accurately.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track AMC schedules and preventive maintenance visits.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
- Monitor spare parts and consumable inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and delivery.
- Maintain stock records and purchase documentation.
Process Compliance
- Ensure technicians follow Air-o-service service protocols and diagnostic procedures.
- Verify completion of service reports and customer approvals.
- Support implementation of AI-assisted diagnostic workflows and operational SOPs.
Business Support
- Assist in preparing quotations and service proposals.
- Support management in operational planning and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- Freshers with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in service coordination, facility management, HVAC, maintenance services, or customer operations is an advantage.
