- Manage recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns & maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance evaluations & training programs.
- Ensure HR policies align with labor laws.
- Support payroll, benefits, and attendance management.
- Maintain employee records & HR documentation
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 1+ years HR experience.
