Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Kannada to effectively interact with local candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, or volume hiring will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local Bengaluru talent market.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
