Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Calling
o Make outbound calls to potential clients such as industries, builders, housing societies, hospitals, hotels, schools, colleges, and commercial establishments.
o Identify decision-makers and introduce the company’s STP, WTP, ETP, O&M, AMC, and water treatment services.
o Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/technical team.
o Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
o Understand basic client requirements and collect relevant details such as location, plant capacity, current issue, and contact person details.
o Maintain regular follow-up until the lead is converted or closed.
o Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and technical teams for site visits, quotations, proposals, and client meetings.
o Share complete lead details with the concerned team member on time.
o Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
- Data Management and Reporting
o Maintain daily calling reports, lead sheets, follow-up records, and customer databases.
o Update lead status accurately in Excel, CRM, or company formats.
o Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Reporting Manager.
o Maintain polite, professional, and clear communication with clients.
o Follow company calling scripts, data confidentiality rules, and reporting procedures.
o Represent Priora Water Solutions Pvt. Ltd. professionally at all times.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
