Job Description
We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive to help us generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for recruitment and staffing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, and Business Heads.
- Present Ascent Edge Consulting's recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into active clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and generate leads.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Compensation
- Commission-Based Role
- Attractive commission on business generated.
- Commission will be paid on successful client acquisition and receipt of payment from the client.
