We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Coordinator to support daily operations, coordination activities, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow of daily activities.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports, trackers, and data sheets.
- Follow up with different departments for updates and task completion.
- Handle email communication and maintain proper documentation.
- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Maintain accuracy of data and timely reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or related roles.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of email communication and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
