- Team Leadership & Training: Supervising staff, conducting training, providing ongoing support, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Sales & Performance: Driving sales to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Operational Management: Opening/closing the store, handling cash transactions, processing sales, and managing scheduling.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Maintaining stock levels, conducting inventory checks, and implementing visual merchandising displays to improve product appeal.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and modeling excellent service.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to store policies, health and safety regulations, and security procedures
