Job Description:
As a Holiday Consultant at Zahra Tours and Travels, you will be responsible for curating exceptional holiday experiences tailored to our clients' preferences and requirements. Your role will involve understanding our clients' needs, recommending suitable destinations, accommodations, activities, and ensuring every aspect of their trip is meticulously planned to perfection.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
- Design bespoke travel itineraries that align with clients' preferences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable holiday experience.
- Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to create personalized travel packages.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, attractions, and cultural experiences.
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and logistical arrangements for flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
- Collaborate with our network of travel partners and suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and secure exclusive deals for our clients.
- Communicate with clients throughout the booking process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide relevant and up-to-date information to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel preferences, and bookings.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in travel consultancy, tour operations, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, attractions, and travel products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering personalized travel experiences.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification from relevant travel industry associations (e.g., IATA) is a plus.
