Looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Call Centre Executives / Admission Telecallers to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our courses, and motivate them to visit the campus for counselling and admissions.
The role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up ability, persuasion skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective student leads provided by the college
- Explain courses, career opportunities, scholarships, and campus facilities
- Convince and schedule students/parents for campus visits and counselling sessions
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates
- Maintain proper call records and lead status updates
- Coordinate with the admissions team for walk-ins and appointments
- Achieve daily and monthly counselling/visit targets
- Handle inbound admission enquiries professionally
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, BPO, customer support, or admissions preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
