Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcoming guests, managing reservations, assigning tables, and ensuring client satisfaction. They are also the primary point of contact for resolving complaints or accommodating special dietary requirements.
- Team Supervision: Leading pre-shift briefings, organizing duty rosters, and managing the floor staff (waiters, stewards, and busboys).
- Service Coordination: Acting as the liaison between the dining room and the kitchen to ensure food and beverages are served promptly and accurately.
- Quality & Hygiene Control: Inspecting the dining area before service to ensure cleanliness, correct table settings, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Staff Training: Onboarding new waitstaff, teaching menu details, and ensuring adherence to the restaurant's service standards (SOPs).
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
