Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products and services to clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
- Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Hindi communication is mandatory. English communication skills will be an added advantage.
