Junior Architect
Win Interiors is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team and work on premium residential and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in architectural planning, design development and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, elevations and sections.
- Assist with 3D modelling and visualization using SketchUp and Enscape.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, electrical and plumbing drawings.
- Visit project sites, take measurements and understand site conditions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and clients.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material selections and project documentation.
- Monitor execution at site and ensure drawings and design specifications are followed.
- Support the senior architect/design team throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or related qualification.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Enscape is preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials and detailing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
