Job Title: BPO Executive (Voice/Non-Voice)

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or chats.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
