Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality architectural and interior visualizations for residential, commercial, and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production to produce realistic and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D architectural exterior and interior visualizations.
- Develop 3D models from architectural drawings, floor plans, and CAD files.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera settings.
- Produce photorealistic renders and walkthrough visuals.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and the marketing team to meet project requirements.
- Modify and improve existing 3D models based on client or management feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content.
- Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques, rendering technologies, and design trends.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, D5 Render, Twinmotion, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop for post-production.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects.
- Portfolio showcasing architectural visualization work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in architectural animation and walkthrough videos.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity is an added advantage.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing and presentation visuals.
