Project Supervisor – Interior (Residential Projects)
Designation - Asst. Project Manager
Location: ECR, Chennai
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Supervisor to manage residential interior execution projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects within the committed timeline while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise residential interior projects from site handover to final completion.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other subcontractors.
- Study work orders, drawings, and project schedules before execution.
- Verify site measurements and ensure site readiness before installation.
- Ensure materials dispatched from the factory match the project requirements.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Update the Project Manager with daily and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, address concerns, and provide project status updates.
- Ensure snag rectification, final project handover, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior site supervision.
- Experience in modular furniture installation and interior fit-out projects is preferred.
