Enterprise Performance
Our Enterprise Performance team helps clients unlock value from enterprise technology across finance, supply chain, and IT operations. As an SAP ABAP Technical Senior Consultant, you will support large-scale transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering SAP technical solutions that enable core business processes.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to build and enhance SAP objects across reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. You will apply your technical development experience, problem-solving skills, and delivery focus to support scalable solutions, improve system performance, and help clients advance their digital transformation objectives.
Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Design, build, test, and support SAP technical objects across testing and production environments.
- Review functional requirements and translate them into technical designs, development specifications, and solution deliverables.
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow components to support business process requirements.
- Perform unit testing, defect analysis, deployment support, task tracking, and technical documentation to support quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with functional and global delivery teams, participate in project reviews, and mentor junior team members as needed.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 including night shift as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP technical development
- Experience developing SAP reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
- Experience with Application List Viewer (ALV) reports, file-based interfaces, user exits, customer exits, Business Add-Ins (BAdI), SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, batch data communication (BDC), business application programming interfaces (BAPI), or Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW)
- Experience in at least 1 SAP implementation project
- Experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications and development deliverables
- Experience performing unit testing, peer review support, and technical documentation for SAP development objects
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
