Project Field Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Field Officer to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of field-based projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with beneficiaries, community stakeholders, local authorities, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement project activities according to approved plans and timelines.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and collect data.
- Coordinate with community members, beneficiaries, local leaders, and government officials.
- Facilitate training programs, awareness campaigns, workshops, and community meetings.
- Maintain accurate field records, reports, attendance sheets, and project documentation.
- Collect, verify, and analyze field data for project monitoring and evaluation.
- Identify field-level challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies and donor requirements.
- Support baseline surveys, needs assessments, and impact assessments.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
- Represent the organization professionally in the project area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Agriculture, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred for senior-level positions.
- Relevant experience in field operations, community development, NGO projects, or government programs.

Experience
