- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, orders, and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Generate customer reports, sales reports, and CRM performance metrics.
- Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
- Track leads, opportunities, and customer activities within the CRM platform.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
- Assist in executing email, SMS, and customer engagement campaigns.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales support, or customer relationship management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
